What Kind of Special Events?

We're experienced in providing security for all different kinds of special events. Our diverse clientele relies on us for a variety of events, including those attended by celebrities and government workers. In addition, our professional team can adapt to any venue, no matter its size. Please feel free to reach out to us to learn about how we can specifically accommodate you and your event.

How Do You Select Your Employees?

Our employees are all trained at our Training Academy. Each of our employees undergoes both professional training and a criminal background check to ensure they're up to the Cancom Security standard. In addition, we use both provincial and municipal standards to ensure that we provide the best security training in the province. 

Our basic requirements are that employees must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in Canada, and of good moral character. We're also passionate about employment equity and encourage applications from people of all walks of life, including those with disabilities, women, and those from minority groups. 

Do You Offer Executive Protection?

Yes, we provide Security Guard and VIP Close Protection services for more at-risk guests, such as celebrities and politicians. We operate in a way that is protective and observant, but subtle enough that we don't distract from your event or keep your guests from having a great time.

We also offer Mobile Security services if your VIP is on the move and attending more than one venue. Our mobile services even include secure transport between multiple locations to accommodate your VIPs.

Do You Provide Security for Outside the Event?

Yes, we at Cancom Security provide parking enforcement signs, traffic control, and parking lot overflow to ensure that everything runs smoothly and securely outside, no matter how many cars you have coming in or out of your event. We understand that maintaining a secure exterior is crucial to keeping everything running smoothly inside. 

How Do You Determine Prices for Special Event Security?

We determine our prices by conducting a full evaluation of your needs beforehand.
